The Truly Blessed of the Eightfold Sacrament

The Cult of the Eightfold Sacrament has spread across galaxy, appearing with little to no explanation in systems and fleets on both sides of the Cicatrix Maledictum since it opened. Initially, the various cults were thought to be separate entities and their sermons little more than the ravings of corrupted madness. A common thread was discovered, however. Interrogations of captured cultists speak of a common source for their founding--dreams. In each documented case, the cults arose from haunting dreams that amounted to visions or messages from a man or woman with four faces and eight arms. In each case, this individual is referred to as "the Prophet". Over time, and through more and more vivid dreams, this "Prophet" passed the message of the True Powers, denounced the evil of the Corpse God on Terra, and showed the fledgling cults the path to true enlightenment and salvation. Once the new cult had taken the Sacrament as described by the Prophet, the visions ceased and the cult took on a life of its own.
